Hi, I'm Riley Kinworthy. Born in Texas to two entrepreneur parents with their own medical practice, our dinnertime conversation consisted of the functionings of the human body and business building strategies. Normal.
In both running a business and being able to connect with patients, I realized that communication was paramount. So I studied at Emerson College in Boston, graduating on the Dean's List for Marketing Communications: Public Relations & Advertising with a second degree in Leadership & Management.
From there I worked with tech startups, as the Director of Partnerships & Acquisitions for a digital engagement agency, and a freelance Market Entry Strategist and Copywriter for a book of business. I learned how to adapt content and strategies by type of company and their market sector.
My next chapter took me to California where I launched a company with the inventor of a personal meditation pod. We went from prototype to a successful market launch with five diamond resort placements, a partnership with Dr. Oz, and even hosted Sir. Richard Branson's buns as a featured Virgin Disruptors company. Here I learned the ins and outs of every element needed to create, manufacture, brand, launch, and build products and systems from inception to a successful global market launch.
During all of my business endeavors, I maintained a strong love for fitness and training. In 2017, I became a Global Athletic Director for F45 Training, responsible for building all systems and educational materials used to train and upskill our network of 14,000 trainers in 50 countries worldwide. The challenge was creating universal systems to increase brand consistency and global messaging. In addition, I spent a week onboarding every new franchise owner, teaching over 600 studio owners and managers how to run a successful fitness business.
